The Embassy was delighted to participate in the “Grande Fęte de la Francophonie” that took place at the French Embassy in DC.
March 22 nd, 2013 More than a thousand people who attended the Grande Fęte had the opportunity to taste the delicious Egyptian food including the famous Koshari, Basbousba, and Baklava, and to enjoy Karkade (hibiscus juice). They also had the opportunity to learn about Egyptian history through an exhibit of Egyptian arts and crafts, and through the brochures that described Egypt's touristic attractions. -- Read more.. |

Oct. 11, 2012 The Reception, attended by a large group of Art Collectors, Gallery curators and connoisseurs reflect the great interest in Egyptian modern art.
